Plot 1420, Gloucester Business Park

About This Project

Frank Shaw Associates has recently completed 60,000 square feet of flexible office space. Our design formed an integral part of Goodman Developments’ winning bid to create a regional headquarters for an international nuclear power company and attract them to Gloucester Business Park.

The location of the building, parking, external spaces, landscaping and energy centre were carefully planned to fit seamlessly into the business park whilst maintaining design quality, and flexibility on adjacent plots.

The scheme focused on providing an efficient lettable to gross ratio for the base build business model, while providing a building that is visually unique on the business park. This gives the tenant an individual but visually restrained presence on the park.

Frank Shaw Associates were also appointed as lead to the Design Team to provide the building fit out to suit the specific requirements of the building occupier.

Nick Flexen-Cook at Kier Construction has said – “Plot 1420 was delivered by the best, highest performing team that I have ever been privileged to be a part of and Frank Shaw Associates were integral and fundamental to this ethos. The tenant is rightly delighted with their facility which exceeds their expectations.”
