Nutbrook Developments appointed Frank Shaw Associates to design a mixed use residential and retail scheme within a Grade 2 listed brewery building in the Cambridgeshire town of St Neots. The development includes retail units, luxury apartments and town houses.
The brewery had been unoccupied for some years prior to development so significant survey and remedial work was required as part of the development. The methodology of this required close liaison with the conservation officers and English Heritage.
