Following the completion of the two Gemini buildings, a bespoke version was developed for Manches, a high profile firm of solicitors, to facilitate their relocation from Oxford City Centre. The scheme provides 35,000 square foot of high specification, air conditioned, lettable space on three storeys and is designed for future subdivision.
Frank Shaw Associates worked closely with the interior designers to ensure that the internal layouts met Manches’ requirements.
