Rowan Place, Oxford

This building is the first phase of Rowan Place, a speculative development at Oxford Business Park.  When complete, Rowan Place will consist of four buildings set around a courtyard and provide a total of 120,000 sq ft of lettable space.  This scheme provides 25,000 sq ft of high specification, air-conditioned, lettable space on three storeys and is designed for future subdivision.  To maximise internal efficiency a 9 x 9 m structural grid was adopted.
