Following the completion of the sister speculative development on the park, known as Gemini, a bespoke version was developed for Manches, a high profile firm of solicitors, to facilitate their relocation out of Oxford city centre. The scheme provides 35,000 sq ft of high specification, air-conditioned, lettable space on three storeys and is designed for future subdivision. FSA worked closely with the interior designers to ensure that the internal layouts met Manches’ requirements.
